TRAINING THE TRAINERS FOR WORK IN PRACTICE FIRMS

One of the main conditions for the work in a practice firm is a good and qualified trainer. Our school has put a lot of effort into trainer training.

The seminars that our teachers have attended to get the necessary knowledge are:

• The first and the second level of seminar for leaders of practice firms
• NCEE (American National Center for Economic Education) Seminar for economic education and democratic transformation
• Seminar for civic education
• Seminars of the Croatian Ministry of Education and Sports connected with the work of practice firms

The school organized, in cooperation with the Croatian Ministry of Education and Sports, seminars about the work of practice firms for the trainers from all parts of Croatia. The program is divided into two levels:

1. level – setting up a practice firm
2. level – the running of the practice firm

The aim is to enable the trainers to lead and organize a practice firm.
